I kind of have an obsession with anything asian when it comes to food. I quickly found that I LOVE a good peanut sauce. Lately I have been kind of obsessed with biscotti. I have always loved any flavor of biscotti and I never made it homemade until recently. I was seriously missing out. Taco Tofu Add Ins

I make a lot of salads for lunch for both myself and for my husband to take to work. I always want to make the process of making lunch easy and quick so that I don’t waste time I could be spending with my family or doing other fun things. That’s when I came up with this little number. Taco Tofu Add Ins. I use them in just about every salad!

Meaty Chili

This chili is my go to dish when I am low on groceries because I typically have everything in my pantry that I need for it. It is full of flavor and a true family favorite.

I like to make this dish in the crockpot but you don’t have to do that. I like the flavor to meld together all day…not to mention my house smells amazing!

The recipe will yield about 6 (Large) servings (or maybe even a little more, it is a really filling dish).

I always have leftovers. And even those are yummy!

Chewy Brown Sugar Cookies

I tested out this recipe and it ended up becoming my husbands all time favorite cookie. You do have to chill the dough so it can be a little time consuming but it is super easy to whip up.

These Chewy Brown Sugar Cookies are like a little piece of heaven. Be careful or you will eat the whole plate!
